European Parliament Plenary debate with Dutch Prime Minister on the ‘Future of Europe’

My message to the Dutch Prime Minister this week at the European Parliament Plenary session: Yes, we need a more united Europe. But unity means that all member states should benefit from the EU and Eurozone in the same way. As it is now, the Eurozone is creating inequalities among EU countries when it comes to job creation and investment. Some member states benefit from a geographical position, lower taxes to attract investment and an advantageous position when they joined the Euro.

The Eurozone reforms and the next long-term budget must rebalance the situation!
