On 19th November 2021, Maria Joao Rodrigues closed the Digital Capitalism Congress, hosted by FEPS and FES. She said: “Europe is late in the light of the current strategic competition between the US and China, but the EU can play a great role by bringing about a progressive alternative that can inspire new global standards”.
