In an article published in “Le Monde” on November 15th, Club of Rome Honorary President Sandrine Dixson-Declève, Jean-Marc Lieberherr, President of the Institut Jean-Monnet, and former Portuguese Minister Maria Joao Rodrigues express their concern about the digital dependence of European countries on American and Asian giants.
